This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which you, the individual or corporate user (‘you’), may make use of our website www.airportwexperience.com (the ‘Website’) and the online booking engine (the ‘Booking Engine’) contained on the Website.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept (unconditionally and irrevocably) these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and/or any sub-user authorised by you to use the Website under your corporate account and password, and that you and they agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Website and the Booking Engine.

This Website is owned by wexperience airport concierge (a division of wxj aviation support & concierge ) and is operated by wxj aviation support & concierge (‘we’, ‘us’), for and on behalf of wexperience airport concierge services. wxj aviation support & concierge corporation established by 2014 under Portuguese regulations and tributary rules (as amended), having its principal place of business at WXJ Support & Concierge Headquarters in Lisbon , Portugal.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your individual or corporate account login and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password and corporate account. You must take all necessary steps to restrict access to the Website and to your password only to sub-users authorised by you and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website and/or the Booking Engine, terminate/disable accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel bookings made through the Booking Engine at our discretion.

Access

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Booking Engine and the Website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to the Booking Engine on the Website without notice. Your access to the Website or the Booking Engine may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. For the avoidance of doubt we will not be liable if for any reason our Website or the Booking Engine is unavailable at any time or period.

Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited licence to access and make use of this Website and the Booking Engine for the purpose of making bookings for wexperience airport concierge services, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent. This licence does not include any derivative use of this Website or the Booking Engine or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This Website and the Booking Engine or any portion of this Website or the Booking Engine may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of wexperience airport concierge services or WXJ aviation support & concierge or any other member of the WXJ Aviation Group without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" wexperience airport concierge services’ or WXJ Aviation or any other member of the WXJ ´s Group’s names or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by us.

Your conduct

You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You understand that you, and not wexperience airport concierge services or wxj aviation support & concierge , are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the Website for lawful purposes only.

You must not use the Website for any of the following:

for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"
to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

You also agree:

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms and conditions through your use of our Website or the Booking Engine. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions constitutes a material breach and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Website and Booking Engine.
Issue of a warning to you.
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
Further legal action as we deem necessary against you.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to a breach of these terms and conditions. The actions described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Reliance On Information Posted

Use of Booking Engine

Bookings made by you through our Website using the Booking Engine are governed by these terms and conditions and

if you are a corporate user, the wexperience airport concierge services Corporate Membership Scheme Terms and Conditions (the "Booking Conditions"); can be viewed based on your login id.
if you are an individual user, the wexperience airport concierge services Conditions of Contract (the "Conditions of Contract")

You must read the Booking Conditions or the Conditions of Contract (as appropriate) and click the "I agree to all terms and conditions" button prior to using the wexperience airport concierge Services. If you fail to click the button and continue to use the wexperience airport concierge services, you will be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and any person for whom you have made a booking.

In the event that your Corporate Membership of wexperience airport concierge services expires or is terminated for any reason, your Website access and password will be deactivated on the effective date of such expiry or termination.

Use of Credit Card

We accept major credit cards issued in the country of departure of your flight and a few other selected countries as specified during the booking process. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the Confirm button. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling and the same card must be carried at the time of travel as it may be required for verification and/or obtaining signature on a credit card charge form.

Upon completion of the payment process through the Booking Engine, a wexperience airport concierge services Voucher will be sent to you on the email address provided at the time of booking.

Data Protection

Where you input data into the Booking Engine on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to do so, and that they have not objected to the uses of their personal information for the purpose of a booking made through the Booking Engine. You also confirm that, in relation to any personal or other details relating to your employees or customers or their families in your possession you shall, at all times, process such data in compliance with any applicable data protection legislation in your country. Please view the Emirates Group privacy policy which sets out how we use and handle personal information.

You agree to indemnify us for any costs, liabilities and losses whatsoever incurred by us arising out of any action or inaction by you that result in us being in breach of any provisions of applicable data protection legislation in your country.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and the Booking Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The Dubai courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Website although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

Wexperience Airport Concierge & Wexperience.club Terms of Use

WEXPERIENCE.CLUB members can spend their beneficts owned on select wexperience airport concierge Meet & Greet services on arrival and departure at Portuguese Airports.
Airline milleages are excluded from this redemption partnership due to age restrictions.
The list of Meet & Greet services offered is dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking. From time to time, you may see only select services offered.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Wexperience airport concierge & Greet services are not restricted to travel on Emirates. Emirates Skywards members can avail of the redemption options whether they are flying with Emirates or any other airline that services the Dubai airport.
The booking process using Skywards Miles as the form of payment must be made online via marhabaservices.com.
No offline bookings are possible using Skywards Miles.
Miles quoted are per person with the exception of the Family Meet & Greet service which includes a group of 4 passengers. A maximum of 5 additional passengers can be booked with Skywards Miles for this service.
Skywards Miles quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax, as applicable on products and services provided in the UAE from 1 January 2018.
Members will be required to login to their Emirates Skywards membership account to spend Miles for marhaba Meet & Greet services.
In booking wexperience Meet & Greet services using Skywards Miles as the form of payment, the Emirates Skywards members consents and authorises Wexperience Club to collect, use and transfer to wexperience certain relevant member information held by Emirates Skywards including; Emirates Skywards membership number; first and last names, tier status and available Skywards Miles balance. Such disclosure shall be made for the purpose of enabling the Emirates Skywards member to avail of the partnership benefits. All bookings and mileage deductions will be processed instantly.
Meet & Greet services can be paid for in full with Skywards Miles, it is not possible to pay with a combination of cash plus Miles for any individual service.
Any additional wexperience airport concierge services required must be booked separately and paid for with cash or credit card.
Meet & Greet booking confirmation will be sent via email from wexperience airport concierge
Emirates Skywards members can spend their Miles for themselves or a nominee availing the services booked.
Skywards Miles redeemed for wexperience airport concierge services are non-refundable.
The redemption rates for wexperience airport concierge Meet & Greet services are subject to change at Emirates’ discretion.
Any changes to wexperience airport concierge bookings must be communicated to wexperience airort concierge directly via email at contact@airportwexperience.com, or by calling the wexperience airport concierge call centre on (+351) 800 389 8989. Changes are limited to cancellation and flight date change only. Service change or increase in passenger count is not permitted.
